My name is Simon Whitehead and I recently became a customer of Fleet Prices and wanted to provide some feedback on one of your team - Anissa Elmecheri.
I had spoken to four other companies before speaking to Anissa and it was unfortunately exactly what you expect, someone picking up the phone with no enthusiasm or personality, not listening properly and telling me I am the 100th person to call about a Golf R today. Then Anissa responded to my enquiry and we spoke on the phone. What a breath of fresh air! I really got the sense she was excited to speak to a new customer and understand my needs and what I was looking for. Engaging, informative and a lovely person to speak too.
I have never leased before and was a little nervous and unsure but all my questions were answered perfectly. Each time Anissa said she would call or send an email it was on time – this makes a huge difference and I feel a valued customer. I actually had a cheaper quote that I found during my ongoing conversations with Anissa but decided on Fleet Prices based on the service and confidence Anissa gave me.
As a sales manager myself I would not hesitate in hiring someone of her calibre and if my team of 15 were all like her, I am sure my quarterly bonus would be through the roof!
Please share this feedback with her and give her the recognition she clearly deserves!!!
I would like to say it was a pleasure to deal with all your colleagues at Fleet prices, especially Mike Tibbs and Claire & Sara from the support team.
Mike was very professional, and found me the vehicle I was looking for, at the price I was prepared to pay, and everything went smoothly, and I was informed all the way through, and was given an estimated delivery date, which was kept too. The car turned up on time, and it's a great drive
I look to do Business with you again, and will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family, if they are looking to lease.
Thanks for the follow up email.. The service I have received from yourselves has been very good with great communication throughout. Chris never got fed up with my numerous questions and always provided me with the answers in a quick and informative manner. Delivery was made within the set time scale. My only slight and it really is slight moan would be that the car was driven to me and not brought on a transporter ( I was under the impression it was arriving on one). It wasn't delivered from a local dealer either so had travelled some miles b4 arriving L. The car itself is lovely and we are very happy with it. We will not hesitate in recommending Fleet Prices to friends and family.
Yes the car arrived yesterday, all went well.
My wife is very pleased with it!.

With regards to my experience of dealing with Fleetprices for the lease of my VW Tiguan, I found that the whole process, from start to finish, was conducted in a professional manner. Communication was excellent at all stages and I would definitely recommend Fleetprices to any of my friends.
Thank you for your mail. I would like to say that I'm extremely happy with the car I have chosen and the help fleet prices have provided in getting me what I wanted. I found the process smooth and a well thought out customer journey. It was slightly misfortunate that the car had a stone chip before delivery but I thought the support team handled it well and ensured I received the best product in its prime condition. I appreciate your continued support and I would recommend fleet prices to anyone.

I have nothing but praise for Anissa, exceptional service and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite my numerous questions. She was able to offer a fantastic lease price for my new BMW 428i via Arval, which was far more competitive than I was offered from my local dealer. I look forward to ordering again with Anissa next time round when my lease is up for renewal.
CJ Automotive (Steve Hunt) has also been excellent, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It was no issue to deliver the car on a transporter (which itself was a brand new 15 reg!), as I requested. Anissa did me a big favour with that.
Arval UK themselves were far too slow to produce my finance documents, meaning that the car had to sit at the dealers for almost 2 weeks due to my cooling off period. That's acceptable given the busy month of March and Fleetprices have no control over this I assume.
My main criticism, however, is with Greenbower BMW, the local dealer in Wales who supplied the car. When the transporter driver arrived having driven from Warrington, the car was not ready and had not even been valeted, no number plates fitted, etc, despite them having had the car for almost 2 weeks. He was forced to wait for 2 hours until it was ready, so he didn't get to me until almost 7.00pm. The driver was great and apologised for the delay, but the car was filthy. It had simply had a jet wash and not even been hand dried. Even the tyres weren't dressed and the non-BMW car mats had been fitted, with the BMW fitted ones still in the plastic bag in the boot!
Anissa was great about it and immediately referred the matter to Steve Hunt at CJ Automotive. He agreed that I should get the car professionally valeted at his expense without hesitation, which was done yesterday by Carey's at a cost of £90. The valeter said there car was still covered in glue from the white protective factory coverings, the carpets were dirty and the paintwork was covered in water marks, wax spots and general dirt. He did a brilliant job over 2 hours and the car is now stunning! The paintwork is perfect!
There must have been a communication breakdown for Greenbower BMW to mess up so badly. To deliver a £40,000 car, after the time I was made to wait due to Arval's delay, in the way they did was very disappointing and tarnished the delivery after 4 months of waiting.
Inside the car, one of the speaker tweeter grills is scratched. Once again, Steve Hunt is dealing and has been great once again. Fingers crossed this minor issue will be resolved.
The car is awesome in every way and I am so pleased I went with the 428i. It's leagues ahead of my previous 2 C-Classes.
