Initial service was great thanks. Leo provided me with updates prior to the vehicle being delivered and was in contact once it arrived at Audi.
I dealt with Rachel Gouldingay in your team right the way through, from my first telephone enquiry, having been passed the deal by a colleague who has also taken delivery of an A6 back in March. It was always going to be a long lead in and I think that helped keep the cost/deal down as not many could/would wait 4 months. In the end it was more than 7 months and this was down to Audi changing the to the ULTRA engine, so for my extra 3 months wait I was rewarded by the new engine.
I was a little concerned and was guilty of pestering at times, but Rachel was very customer focused 'sold' the further delay to me and kept me informed of progress despite it being hard for her to find out herself. With June specified I settled myself to that meaning the end on June and I heard from Rachel right at the beginning of July, I had to re-do some paper work for Audi finance, to reflect the new engine and the car duly arrived as specified PM at 12.30. That part also went well and the delivery man was most helpful.
I hope Rachel is around in two years' time to find me another great deal.
Yeah, my daughter was very pleased with the vehicle and it was a nice smooth handover.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
The car itself is great !
The experience with Fleet-prices was very good, from start to finish, was always kept up to date and my questions answered very quickly.

I'm pleased to say my VW arrived as promised and in fact was a few days earlier than the first date we were given back at the point of order.
The handover process was fine and the driver even wiped the car over so it was spotless for us.
Expectations for the car were high. Having said that, this VW is replacing my old 2007 model and will only be my fourth car in the last 21 years (all have been VWs), but this will be my first brand new one!
It arrived before 9am this morning, piloted by a very courteous and knowledgeable gentleman.
Looks and drives amazing, can't wait to plod through France in it.
Took longer than we wanted to arrive but we're so happy now it's here.

There were a few issues through the car delivery process, but these were not related to Fleet Prices and have been resolved.
I would definitely recommend Fleet Prices due to the consistent excellent deals and the great customer service.
The delivery of our vehicle went very smoothly indeed. My husband was at home last Thursday (4th Oct) and he says the gentleman that delivered was extremely polite, professional and took a great deal of care when explaining how to use the cars features etc. Ian was very pleased with the delivery of our new car and the man should be highly commended.
