I cannot thank you all enough for the superb service you have given me with my car lease. If I had know it was going to be as easy as this I would have done this years ago. A special thank you to Dave Marston who answered my questions with patience and humour and was extremely helpful. I am loving my car and keep looking for any excuse to go for a drive. Many apologies for the delaying in replying.
This is the first time I have leased a car and all I can say is I'm glad I chose your company as the guidance and advice I received from Mike was second to none.
I was very apprehensive that leasing a car would be time consuming and complicated but Mike fully explained how the process worked which gave me the confidence to decided to take the plunge so to speak and order a car through your company.
I was also really please with the deal Mike managed to get me on the BMW 2 series as like-for-like it was much cheaper that any dealership could offer me for the same car.
Although, it did take two and half months to deliver the car it would probably have taken the same length of time if I had purchased the car through a dealership due to the specification on the car I required.
Overall, I have been very impressed with the value for money, guidance and advice from your company and I wouldn't hesitate in using your company again or recommending it to others.
I have a couple of questions I hope you can help me with:
- will you contact me a few months before my current contract expires to let me know of any deals for similar type cars?
- if you advise me or I see on your website an new lease offer I may be interested in before my current contract is due to finish am I able to finish my contract early so I can take advantage of the new lease deal?
I'd first of all like to say how helpful all the girls, including Rachel, have been over the last few months. The car took rather longer than I expected to come as originally I was told it would be September which is when my old lease ended. But I have always been kept updated on its progress.
The delivery was straightforward but there was some damage to the alloy and tyre on the driver's side. Rachel has sent a chase email to audi so that the damage can be repaired. I hope to hear back in the next couple of days. Other than that, I'm a very happy customer.
It's unusual these days to receive such great service - but that's exactly what we received from Ashley and the girls involved in your customer support.

Yes everything went smoothly and the whole leasing process was easy and trouble free.
I will definitely be looking to use Fleet prices again in the next few months as I need to replace my lease car which is returned in September – so any hot offers on Mercedes you have will be of interest.

I have nothing but praise for Anissa, exceptional service and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite my numerous questions. She was able to offer a fantastic lease price for my new BMW 428i via Arval, which was far more competitive than I was offered from my local dealer. I look forward to ordering again with Anissa next time round when my lease is up for renewal.
CJ Automotive (Steve Hunt) has also been excellent, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It was no issue to deliver the car on a transporter (which itself was a brand new 15 reg!), as I requested. Anissa did me a big favour with that.
Arval UK themselves were far too slow to produce my finance documents, meaning that the car had to sit at the dealers for almost 2 weeks due to my cooling off period. That's acceptable given the busy month of March and Fleetprices have no control over this I assume.
My main criticism, however, is with Greenbower BMW, the local dealer in Wales who supplied the car. When the transporter driver arrived having driven from Warrington, the car was not ready and had not even been valeted, no number plates fitted, etc, despite them having had the car for almost 2 weeks. He was forced to wait for 2 hours until it was ready, so he didn't get to me until almost 7.00pm. The driver was great and apologised for the delay, but the car was filthy. It had simply had a jet wash and not even been hand dried. Even the tyres weren't dressed and the non-BMW car mats had been fitted, with the BMW fitted ones still in the plastic bag in the boot!
Anissa was great about it and immediately referred the matter to Steve Hunt at CJ Automotive. He agreed that I should get the car professionally valeted at his expense without hesitation, which was done yesterday by Carey's at a cost of £90. The valeter said there car was still covered in glue from the white protective factory coverings, the carpets were dirty and the paintwork was covered in water marks, wax spots and general dirt. He did a brilliant job over 2 hours and the car is now stunning! The paintwork is perfect!
There must have been a communication breakdown for Greenbower BMW to mess up so badly. To deliver a £40,000 car, after the time I was made to wait due to Arval's delay, in the way they did was very disappointing and tarnished the delivery after 4 months of waiting.
Inside the car, one of the speaker tweeter grills is scratched. Once again, Steve Hunt is dealing and has been great once again. Fingers crossed this minor issue will be resolved.
The car is awesome in every way and I am so pleased I went with the 428i. It's leagues ahead of my previous 2 C-Classes.

There was a error in my first order, 335d, where the price given to me was wrong and was not picked up until quite late in the process so we did not close. Leo helped through the issue and we agreed on the 435d instead, a good choice I think the car is much better specified than the 3 series and drives beautifully. Very happy.
The process once ordered was slick and easy and progressed without issue to delivery. The delivery was on time, very early in the day, and the off load was quiet and did not disturb my neighbours. The admin and communication was brilliant, I cannot praise Katie Buswell enough, she is a real asset to your organisation and I hope you recognise this with a thank you of some sort.
Price dependent, you will be the first on my list when the lease is done and I need another car and I will recommend you to others.
