Mike was very professional, and found me the vehicle I was looking for, at the price I was prepared to pay, and everything went smoothly, and I was informed all the way through, and was given an estimated delivery date, which was kept too. The car turned up on time, and it's a great drive

The original delivery date of our Jaguar was improved by one whole month.
The delivery from Lancaster Sidcup was first class also.

I'd be more than happy to share my experience with Fleet Prices.
Having leased cars previously I was somewhat prepared for what to expect and already knew the make and model I required so it really all come down to finding the best deal available.
I hit the usual comparison sites and made contact with several of your competitors to get the best deal, I have to say I was left very underwhelmed when my emails were not responded, quotes came back that did not math those on the website and generally a lack of confidence in their abilities.
I am pleased to say that Fleet Prices really stepped up and managed to secure a very competitive quote based on a new order Audi A4. Not only that, I was fortunate enough to have Andy arrange the details and I have been really impressed with his engagement, motivation and transparency throughout. A phone call was followed up with an email, he kept me fully updated throughout the process.
I have already recommended you to a number of friends and colleagues based on this experience and look forward to future discussions at lease expiry.

Everything went really smoothly. It was great that I could change the address before confirmation to my work address. The driver arrived early at 10am, friendly and showed me all the controls.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Throughout the whole process, my queries were dealt with very quickly and I always received a phone call or quick email back.
Overall very happy with the service and have already recommended to a colleague of mine.

We cannot thank your company enough and dealing with Fleet Prices was so easy and the level of customer service was excellent. I originally used the search engine - Contract Hire and Leasing and the prices quoted for the BMW 330D Xdrive were fantastic.
However after i had registered my interest i received a call from Leo advising that the prices online were wrong and this was due to an error by the finance company. At this stage i thought about looking elsewhere but Leo asked to leave our request with him and he would look into a bit further. He was true to his word and came back with a fantastic lease deal that was not much higher than the original price i had seen online.
I have already thanked Leo on the phone but if you can pass on further thanks as i did make him work hard on the options list and he gave us advice as we went along and we even changed colours and trim two or three times and the final price was something we could afford every month.
After dealing with Leo i was passed over to the support team (Rachel, Claire, Rochelle & Rebecca) and they looked after me every step of the way and nothing seemed to much trouble and i had weekly updates regarding the cars progress for delivery. The big thing for me was trying to get the car delivered before the April 1st VED changes and avoid the higher costs because the car was over £40000 in value.
I know that Leo and the Support team worked with David Codman at BMW Scunthorpe to get the car delivered in time.
I understand it is not common practise but we asked Fleet Prices and BMW Scunthorpe if we could pick up the new car in person. I am sure you will agree there is something special about picking up your new car and that new car feeling. So we must pass on thanks to everyone involved for letting that happen and the new car is fantastic and a step up from our previous family SUV😊. Leo even phoned me on the day of pick up to make sure everything went smoothly.
The finance company Arval are also very good and no problems in dealing with them so far at all.
So please thank everyone again and we will be looking for a 2nd car at some point this year and I will be contacting Leo and the team and see if they can secure us another excellent deal.
Steve the whole experience has been good from Leo to Claire on the support team,Iwas kept in the loop at all times.So I have been really happy,one issue slightly spoilt it,The Evoque was delivered at 8.30am and I was told the Tiguan was a first job for the pick up driver,obviously I wanted to go out and drive my new car but couldn't as I may have missed the pick up of the Tiguan.I called the company at.11.30am and was told the driver would be with me within a couple of hours.At 2.45pm I called again and was told the driver would not be with me until between 5 and 6pm.I was due in work at 5pm so I had to wait for my wife to come home and give her the Tiguan keys,The guy turned up at 6pm.Apart from that all was fine the Tiguan was spotless no charges,whoever gets the Tiguan will get a lovely motor.
All went well and Nickie loves the car.
