Yes I am very happy with the car and the service provided by Fleetprices and Craig. For me the fact that Craig and the support team kept me informed at every step of the way, was invaluable. Too many companies these days do not do this, therefore in my opinion , the service provided exceeded superb.

Great service from Beverley. Best customer service I have ever had and I am picky! Delay on afternoon of delivery but that was not the drivers fault. The number given to him was wrong as it had an extra digit and that was the fault of the dealer (plus the traffic of course!)

The car is beautiful and I am very pleased with it. As to your service, I cannot fault it. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and your customer service team dealt with my questions in a pleasant and efficient way throughout. This was important as there was quite a wait for delivery, which I was aware of from the start. I certainly would not hesitate to use Fleetprices again should I go down this route in the future. We were kept informed and upto date, Mike Tibbs has been absolutely brilliant.
The original delivery date of our Jaguar was improved by one whole month.
The delivery from Lancaster Sidcup was first class also.

Would just like to say that overall it was a very easy experience, I was kept up to date very regularly with the progress, any questions I had were promptly answered and the car arrived at the time stated. The handover was very easy and quick and I would definitely return to you if I do this again. This was my first time leasing a car and what could have been a daunting process was in fact very straightforward.
In terms of the experience I would say it was first class, Michael Tomlin took my initial request for information and ensured I had the required quotes and any further support information very efficiently. He also worked under my constraints being available by e-mail only most of the time as I was busy deploying various services in different areas around the country and not always available by phone.
He was as honest as he could be - I probably could have found a better deal but he came across as the more professional and therefore trustworthy of the pool I was dealing with at the time. All arrangements went smoothly and he was able to answer what probably seemed like obvious queries in a timely manner and without fluster.
The delivery went smoothly, it was early and to be honest I was still abed, but the chap waited a few minutes for me to rise, showed me around the vehicle and pointed out the controls of note, access to the boot etc and we walked around - in the rain - to confirm all was well.
As mentioned to Michael in a note last night, the vehicle is a huge hit not only with myself for the quality and driving experience, but the family are very much enamored by it - more so even than the most recent Scirocco which previously held the top position.
To date then nothing but a positive experience all round from Fleetprices and Mercedes, and if asked I will certainly recommend your services.
The initial contact was great with call backs and adjustments made to my requests and budget restraints handled really well by Leo.
The delivery was a bit of a nightmare as delivery was scheduled to my home and I work at a busy NHS Hospital with limited mon to Friday slots available
Then the car was damaged and deferred again, then I forgot a day at Cheltenham races!
Eventually the car was delivered last Monday and I am pleased as punch.
The Dealer provided a 'luxury' hire car from the date of the original delivery so all ended well.
Rochelle was really good with delivery updates
I will like to say that the procedures and the service was quite satisfactory.
Personally it was an experience of trust and reliable customer service.
I will recommend to anyone.
