I am very pleased with the car and its was delivered exactly when I was advised.
Mike has been really good all the way though explaining everything from Finance contact/documents to how the payments work.
I am extremely happy with my experience through Fleet pricing and have already recommended 2 of my colleagues who are currently looking at upgrading their cars.
Received the car on Saturday very clean and in a great condition. The delivery driver was very helpful and took me through all the controls. Very impressed.
Had some trouble with the whole credit check / finance process and lead times. I don't think I was given clear enough indication at the beginging of just how long this takes (cooling off period etc).
Apart from that though, I'd reccomend you in the future and look forward to dealing with you again.
I must say that all the staff that I have had reason to liaise with have been very helpful and professional without loosing their 'personal' touch. Any questions I have asked have been promptly replied to and answered. The delivery service was fine to the point where delivery arrangements were altered due to my unavailability.
Overall, nothing seemed too much trouble and it was a pleasure doing business with yourselves.
I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Fleet Price to date thank you. Elena is always prompt in responding to emails and has always been able to answer all my questions. The delivery also went very well. The delivery driver contacted me an hour before the car delivery as promised and showed me round the car etc. on arrival.
It is just unfortunate I've not even had the car one week and it is now in the NISSAN local dealer as the engineer warning light came on over the weekend. The reason I got shot of my previous car was because of its unreliability and the fact is was in the garage more than it was on the road. I just hope this car is not going to be the same. I do however appreciate you and Elena's support and help this morning when the Nissan Dealer were unable to verify the car.
I'm extremely happy with everything and, yes, the delivery went very smoothly as planned.
This being my first lease car and the first ever brand new vehicle I've taken delivery of, I was more than a little out of my depth and not sure what to expect. Right from my first contact with Fleetprices, Ashley has been fantastic and took time to explain how leasing works and to go through my requirements for a new vehicle. The information I got from him was clear and concise and delivered in a very professional manner with no hard sell and no pressure to take on a contract. This was really appreciated and helped me greatly after I initially got cold feet over the deal, Ashley was great and gave me all the time I needed to think over things. Once I decided on what I wanted he moved swiftly to secure a suitable vehicle and within a couple of weeks I took delivery. Overall it's been a fantastic experience and one I'm sure I'll be keen to repeat in the future.
Since taking delivery I have secured a GAP insurance policy.
I would like to say it was a pleasure to deal with all your colleagues at Fleet prices, especially Mike Tibbs and Claire & Sara from the support team.
Mike was very professional, and found me the vehicle I was looking for, at the price I was prepared to pay, and everything went smoothly, and I was informed all the way through, and was given an estimated delivery date, which was kept too. The car turned up on time, and it's a great drive
I look to do Business with you again, and will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family, if they are looking to lease.
Everything went very well with the delivery and i am extremely happy with the car. I would to take this oppertunity to thank you for all your help over the past couple of weeks which made this process very easy.

Apologies for the delayed response. I didn't get a chance to drive the car till this weekend but thoroughly enjoyed it!! It's a lovely car.
Thanks ever so much for your help with this. As you know this was our first time leasing but you were very willing to answer our queries promptly and clearly, which helped sooth out any concerns we had.
I felt we had clear instructions and direction from you throughout the process. Also, we were very keen to have the car before Christmas so are really happy that this was possible.
The car is fantastic and the wife seems to be happy (always a good sign), Land Rover taking 9 months to deliver has been a dampener on the experience which will make me consider whether to use them in the future and lastly Fleet Prices have been a joy to work with, updating me when I've asked and making sure even with Land Rover messing about that I got the car wanted so thank you
