The service that I have experienced throughout the whole process has been fantastic. Fleet prices came recommended as my husband also leased a car from yourselves.

I'd first of all like to say how helpful all the girls, including Rachel, have been over the last few months. The car took rather longer than I expected to come as originally I was told it would be September which is when my old lease ended. But I have always been kept updated on its progress.
The delivery was straightforward but there was some damage to the alloy and tyre on the driver's side. Rachel has sent a chase email to audi so that the damage can be repaired. I hope to hear back in the next couple of days. Other than that, I'm a very happy customer.
Another seamless transaction from Dave, three weeks from our first enquiry to the delivery day! Over the moon with the Car, we were a bit unsure on the colour but defiantly a good choice after seeing it arrive!

Extremely pleased with both the new car and level of service that your company have provided. Kia have clearly given a great deal of thought to the new version of the Sportage, and it shows.
I'm very happy with the car, it's the right choice for us at the moment and having had two Audis I'm glad I chose BMW this time around. I have to say that the whole process has been very smooth. Leo was patient at the beginning as we played the familiar additional options dance and in the end I think I got the spec vs price just right. Once the order had gone through and I was passed over to the support team things continued in a similar vane. The support team were knowledgeable regarding my order and responsive to all of my queries. It seems to me that decent customer service is a bit of an elusive trait these days, to find it in abundance with Fleet Prices was refreshing. There was a slight delay around the time of the finance documents but I think that was more to do with Arval not telling Fleet that they had received everything that they needed. The car was delivered clean and in perfect condition with 247 miles on the clock. It would have been nice to have put those miles on myself but that obviously would have required transport delivery. Maybe that could be an additonal option you could offer to customers if they required it?
Otherwise I really can not complain. See you in three years.
Yes everything went smoothly and the whole leasing process was easy and trouble free.
I will definitely be looking to use Fleet prices again in the next few months as I need to replace my lease car which is returned in September – so any hot offers on Mercedes you have will be of interest.
