I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
Yes the car was delivered as planned on thursday the 26th and am very happy with it.
I did contact Black horse finance as I wished to know the dates when payments are expected etc,but they advised I will receive an invoice detailing this in due course.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service your company have provided me keeping me updated with the progress of the vehicle, and i will not hesitate to recommend fleet prices to my friends.

'I'd had a really good experience with Fleetprices.co.uk with my first car so when it's lease fell due, it was natural to go back. I was quite specific about what I was after and the team gave me a sensible number of options to work with, all of which were at extremely competitive prices to both alternative online services and to a dealer walk-in/negotiation. They also answered all of my questions, from details of the vehicle and manufacturing timeframes to specific advice on the process necessary for me to change the personalised plate. Whilst the vehicle was in manufacture I was kept up to date with regular progress emails and the team proved extremely flexible in delivery dates to account for a pre-planned holiday clash. Yes everything went well yesterday. Car arrived mid-morning. Nice guy from the dealer in Kendal. Parked out of sight. Just need to find a ribbon.

We have instructed our insurance broker to take out a GAP policy for this car on our behalf.
As far as feedback is concerned, again the service from Leo and the delivery/handover were not short of excellent.

Dave is doing a sterling job!!....It's a learning curve for myself at the minute looking after the Vehicles and Dave has helped with a lot of questions I've had.
Everything went well with delivery on Friday, very pleased with the car.
We are off work today, so will be going out for a drive, in the sun.
