The delivery of the vehicle went really well with no issues.
In terms of my experience in dealing with Fleet prices I would have to say it has been an enjoyable and straightforward one. The reason I chose you as a company is that you were very competitive with your pricing but above all it was the tenacity of Michael who I dealt with throughout the process. He provided the quote in a timely fashion and followed this up offering help and advice throughout the process. I had a number of questions and wanted some variations on the original quote and nothing was too much trouble for him. He provided regular updates and really helped me throughout the process. I have already recommended Fleet prices to a friend whose current lease deal on a Mercedes runs out in June and I am sure she will be in touch to obtain a quote. I hope that this feedback has been useful and I look forward to dealing with you in the future.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
I am pleased to report that the delivery of my new car did indeed go smoothly and all seems to be satisfactory with the vehicle thus far.
With respect to working with FleetPrices for a second time, the service from your team has been excellent. Andy Heywood has once again been first class and from the very start of the sourcing process has continually been on hand with consistently good advice.
The Support Team have always kept me updated with developments, they have always patiently answered my queries and clearly worked hard to seek the relevant detail that I needed.
Overall, a very good service from Fleetprices and many thanks. I look forward to working with you all again when sourcing my next vehicle.

My main point of contact since day 1 was Beverley Rawlinson and she was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. I have recommended your company to a few colleagues this week.
The service was excellent. If I was to be picky and mention anything worth improving, you could set customers expectations more out at the start of the process. For me it would have been good to know the process timeline from placing the order to receiving finance docs to 14 days for delivery as a long distance sale.
Apart from that all good.

Just a short note to let you know that I was very happy with the service I received from Fleet Prices, for the second time, as I had previously leased a Mercedes A180 from you. Leo was again very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on and was able to accommodate any changes that I wanted . Also the rest of the support team, specifically Jessica, were also very helpful and able to sort out some changes that were needed to the paperwork, so thanks for all your assistance.
Regarding gap insurance, I followed the link from your website and have purchased GAP insurance from Brokergap, which I had previously also done for the Merc; thanks for the advice.
