I was very happy with the service throughout thanks. Everything was very efficient and everyone was very helpful. My request not to ring home if at all possible, as the car was a surprise for my wife's birthday, was followed through by everyone including the delivery driver.
I was very pleased with the service, and my wife is extremely pleased with her new car!

I have nothing but praise for Anissa, exceptional service and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite my numerous questions. She was able to offer a fantastic lease price for my new BMW 428i via Arval, which was far more competitive than I was offered from my local dealer. I look forward to ordering again with Anissa next time round when my lease is up for renewal.
CJ Automotive (Steve Hunt) has also been excellent, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It was no issue to deliver the car on a transporter (which itself was a brand new 15 reg!), as I requested. Anissa did me a big favour with that.
Arval UK themselves were far too slow to produce my finance documents, meaning that the car had to sit at the dealers for almost 2 weeks due to my cooling off period. That's acceptable given the busy month of March and Fleetprices have no control over this I assume.
My main criticism, however, is with Greenbower BMW, the local dealer in Wales who supplied the car. When the transporter driver arrived having driven from Warrington, the car was not ready and had not even been valeted, no number plates fitted, etc, despite them having had the car for almost 2 weeks. He was forced to wait for 2 hours until it was ready, so he didn't get to me until almost 7.00pm. The driver was great and apologised for the delay, but the car was filthy. It had simply had a jet wash and not even been hand dried. Even the tyres weren't dressed and the non-BMW car mats had been fitted, with the BMW fitted ones still in the plastic bag in the boot!
Anissa was great about it and immediately referred the matter to Steve Hunt at CJ Automotive. He agreed that I should get the car professionally valeted at his expense without hesitation, which was done yesterday by Carey's at a cost of £90. The valeter said there car was still covered in glue from the white protective factory coverings, the carpets were dirty and the paintwork was covered in water marks, wax spots and general dirt. He did a brilliant job over 2 hours and the car is now stunning! The paintwork is perfect!
There must have been a communication breakdown for Greenbower BMW to mess up so badly. To deliver a £40,000 car, after the time I was made to wait due to Arval's delay, in the way they did was very disappointing and tarnished the delivery after 4 months of waiting.
Inside the car, one of the speaker tweeter grills is scratched. Once again, Steve Hunt is dealing and has been great once again. Fingers crossed this minor issue will be resolved.
The car is awesome in every way and I am so pleased I went with the 428i. It's leagues ahead of my previous 2 C-Classes.

Thanks for getting in touch. As told to your staff, I have been very happy with the customer service. Mike, Rochelle, Rebecca and Michelle, no weak links in this chain, answering all questions with a no hassle attitude, v professional and friendly. The delivery driver whose name I think is Gordon was chatty and brought the car in perfect condition. Also the car surpassed my expectations in terms of quality so the value for money is impressive on this lease. As this is the first time leasing and I've had to learn how this process works I appreciate how I've been dealt with and I would definitely recommend your services. And then to top it off the MD sends an email to make sure everything has gone wellJ Keep it up!
Yes car arrived at lunchtime today and both myself and my wife are over the moon! It's better than we ever imagined. Thanks very much for all your help in making this a pleasant and easy process. I will be highly recommending fleetprices to all my friends and colleagues.

My main point of contact since day 1 was Beverley Rawlinson and she was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. I have recommended your company to a few colleagues this week.
The service was excellent. If I was to be picky and mention anything worth improving, you could set customers expectations more out at the start of the process. For me it would have been good to know the process timeline from placing the order to receiving finance docs to 14 days for delivery as a long distance sale.
Apart from that all good.

Having had a company car for over 10 years, this was the first time I had to go out onto the market and lease a car for myself. Plenty of options out there, but Fleet Prices seemed to be quite competitive. Anissa found me what I wanted and despite her being on holiday, she ensured that I had the car delivered when I needed it. Great service with only a couple of minor hitches - at the dealer showroom, which were quickly resolved. So yes I would feel comfortable recommending Fleet Prices to anyone.
Apologies for the delay in replying I have just been a little busy at work. I'm really enjoying the car.
Delivery was perfect on the day, being first thing in the morning which gave me a day to explore the vehicle and get used to it.
I would like to thank all of your team and in particular Leo who dealt with the process of the order, and all my enquiries. Leo was professional and courteous throughout all my dealings, responding quickly to both emails and telephone calls. The only downside was the slight delay in obtaining the vehicle which was in fact down to the forms from Arval which in my opinion were not fully explained in the email from Arval, this is also due to me not using ecosign documents previously and my own error in the completion of the form.
Overall it has been a great experience and I have been happy to recommend your company to other colleagues due to the professional service I have received.
I would again like to thank your team and specifically Leo for such a smooth transaction and I will certainly come back for another vehicle once this lease is concluded.
I thought the whole process was speedy, proactive and impressive. I'm a little disappointed I didn't opt for the Dynamique S but hey ho. I'm OK without the GAP insurance
