We did take delivery of the Q3 on Friday 16th May, and my comments on the whole process are as follows.
I found all dealings with Fleet Prices to be efficient and professional, with an appropriate level of contact and communication throughout. This was handled by Carmel initially and then Ben – both of whom ensured we were informed at every stage of the application and delivery process. The delivery arrangements for the car were slick with a date being estimated for w/c 12th May and then confirmed as 16th May. The driver contacted us the night before and said he was aiming for 10 am and the car arrived slightly earlier than that.
All in all, we are extremely pleased with the service we received from Fleet Price, and the associated Audi dealership, and would definitely consider using your company again for future leases.
Yes the service was amazing it was my first time looking at leasing a car after my partner told me about it and Ashley Humphreys was super nice and super helpful didn't over complicate it for me as
I'm not a car person I just knew what budget I had every month and the car I wanted he never forced anything on me which is a massive plus if he had I would have gone somewhere else. He advised me on the delivery date and then your team kept me updated on every step it was seamless.
Every email I send no matter how silly was answered the whole experience was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using Fleet again and when the 3 years is up I'm sure I will be looking at another deal with Fleet.
The delivery man who had just driven my car for 8 hours was amazing and very pleasant and went over my car again without over complicating anything and it was with me at the time he said which for a working full time mum is what is needed.

Yes the Qashqai arrived yesterday whilst I was at work. It looks great and drives really well - but I have only seen/driven it in the dark as yet! That is the problem with changing a car at this time of the year- I have to wait for the week-end.

I've never leased a car before so wasn't sure what to expect but I found the service both from Anissa and the support team refreshingly helpful, personal, attentive and responsive. I have dealt with a number of car brokers and car leasing companies over the years and I have to say that I have found the service provided by your sales and support teams to be exceptional.. Ashley was consistently patient and helpful in dealing with my various enquiries and your sales support team members Claire, Sara and Rebecca have always been entirely courteous, swift and personable in our various e mail exchanges and telephone calls. I have certainly formed the impression that you are all 'customer-first' focused, which I have often not found to be the case when dealing with some of your competitors!
I will certainly have no hesitation of calling on your services again and wholeheartedly recommending you to other colleagues and friends.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)

You would be amazed how few of the companies I reached out for an initial quote did not even respond!
Thanks for your email. I'm very happy with the car and cannot fault the delivery service. Terence, the delivery man was very helpful and was spent some time with me explaining the vehicle before handing it over.
All is well and I'm in love with the car albeit still learning how to use and drive it just one week in!
In my search for a car, I contacted 7 companies and, can you believe, only 4 came back to me!
I was unsure which model to go for, keen on the SLC43 though over budget, I asked for quotes on 3 models. From all my enquiries, Carl was the only one who supplied what I asked for in his initial response. So I went with yourselves on that basis and I went for the top model too!
