As regards the smooth delivery, it was just that. It turned up on the correct date, on time and in a good clean condition. In addition, the service we get from Leo on an on-going basis is excellent! He assist us fully all the way through from quotes stage to delivery in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Makes fleet management here at HYDROP a lot easier.

Everything went smoothly. Paul Phillipson was brilliant.......helpful at every step along the way and
happy to resolve any 'silly' questions I asked. All other Fleet staff I spoke to were also very helpful.
Delivery was as promised..............driver was friendly..........called to confirm time.............and arrived
In summary a very good experience which made the whole process stress free.

Sorry for the delay in replying, but I kept your mail in anticipation that I would get a chance to reply as some stage. I can offer the following comments:-
1. I used the internet to find leasing companies, so your presence on contracthireandleasing.co.uk was where I found you.
2. I found Rachel easy to deal with, prompt at getting back to me regarding availability and generally very helpful all round
3. The finance application process was not too onerous and acceptance granted quickly
4. Delivery arrangements fitted in around the collection of my previous car with no issues, which saved me some hassle
5. The car was delivered early on the due day with no issues
6. Subsequent to delivery, Rachel has dealt promptly with a few queries for me, though I have a minor problem with the service interval computer which was not reset prior to delivery (I've emailed Rachel about this).
Hope this is of use - my overall experience was good and I would definitely consider using you again next time round.

Apologies for the slow reply and sorry I missed your call Ashley.
The service was excellent throughout thank you very much. Ashley was very helpful at the start and the support team were always very prompt and helpful replying to queries before and after the car was delivered. The delivery drivers were also really friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend Fleet Prices to anyone looking to lease a car, they were very helpful, insightful and helped me understand the process of leasing a car as this was my first experience of car leasing. Their were a few complications with the delivery date however the Fleet Price sales support team did everything they could in order to keep me updated and no doubt helped speed the process along.
Delivery of the car was very easy and Gill was very helpful, over all I have had a positive customer experience and would happily recommend.
