I'm very happy with the car, it's the right choice for us at the moment and having had two Audis I'm glad I chose BMW this time around. I have to say that the whole process has been very smooth. Leo was patient at the beginning as we played the familiar additional options dance and in the end I think I got the spec vs price just right. Once the order had gone through and I was passed over to the support team things continued in a similar vane. The support team were knowledgeable regarding my order and responsive to all of my queries. It seems to me that decent customer service is a bit of an elusive trait these days, to find it in abundance with Fleet Prices was refreshing. There was a slight delay around the time of the finance documents but I think that was more to do with Arval not telling Fleet that they had received everything that they needed. The car was delivered clean and in perfect condition with 247 miles on the clock. It would have been nice to have put those miles on myself but that obviously would have required transport delivery. Maybe that could be an additonal option you could offer to customers if they required it?
Otherwise I really can not complain. See you in three years.
Thanks for your help with this, I'll push any other colleagues in your direction should they be in the market to get a new car.

I would like to emphasise the whole experience I had through Fleetprices ( and with Mike ) were professional. Friendly, concise and I was always kept informed in the process of the order/delivery etc.
The dealership have also been very professional and detailed in the order and delivery.
I have insurance sorted for the vehicle but I thank you for your recommendation, I may visit on renewal next July to see what deal and benefits that is on offer.
I am very pleased that I came to Fleetprices for my car ( I was in fact ready to go ahead last year but instead purchased a second hand vehicle ) as I done extensive research on line but was always drawn back to your website and on the moment I first enquired I was delighted that I did choose your company. I have been very happy with the quick seamless transition of leasing. Had no problems at all and all the staff have been very helpful with any queries I have had.

Thanks for your email the car is really great its just a pity i had to wait as long for it to come. The process when the car was delivered was really smooth and hopefully in three years when i am replacing this one, it will be as well. Beverley was great to deal with even though i must have been driving her daft. Thanks for everything.
Very pleased with my car. The gentleman who delivered it was very pleasant and went through the controls etc. with me so overall very pleased.
Very happy with the service i received throughout the whole process and in pacticular the turn around period from ordering to delivery. I need to especially praise Rachel Gouldingay for ensuring this short turnaround and even helping me through the process on her annual leave, a credit to your company.
Rachel looked after us very well, as she always has.
