As a business owner myself I understand the value of feedback, both good and bad, and will always speak as I find. I'm please to say I only have positive things to say about my experience with Mike and the team. During the process there were issues that cropped up and the vehicle had to be changed several times, ending with a selection from immediately available stock due to time constraints caused by a delayed delivery date. Mike has been incredibly helpful, patient and supportive with me as things have needed to change, and I changed my mind, and kept me informed throughout.
I would happily recommend Mike and will be contacting him when I need my next vehicle.
Just want to send a short email saying thank you for your time and effort spent helping me choose and keeping me updated throughout the whole process.

I am in the service industry so know what it means to please the customer and its not easy, however you have been very professional and made me (the customer) feel extremely happy with the service I have received and would have no issue recommending you and your company to my colleagues.

I dealt with Rachel Gouldingay in your team right the way through, from my first telephone enquiry, having been passed the deal by a colleague who has also taken delivery of an A6 back in March. It was always going to be a long lead in and I think that helped keep the cost/deal down as not many could/would wait 4 months. In the end it was more than 7 months and this was down to Audi changing the to the ULTRA engine, so for my extra 3 months wait I was rewarded by the new engine.
I was a little concerned and was guilty of pestering at times, but Rachel was very customer focused 'sold' the further delay to me and kept me informed of progress despite it being hard for her to find out herself. With June specified I settled myself to that meaning the end on June and I heard from Rachel right at the beginning of July, I had to re-do some paper work for Audi finance, to reflect the new engine and the car duly arrived as specified PM at 12.30. That part also went well and the delivery man was most helpful.
I hope Rachel is around in two years' time to find me another great deal.

I have to say the whole process from beggining to end was faultless.
From my first contact with Mike Tibbs to the support from the girls in the followon team and the car delivery everything went without a hitch.
I approached 4 lease companies and Fleet Prices gave me the best quotation with, by far the simplest process.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Fleet Price to date thank you. Elena is always prompt in responding to emails and has always been able to answer all my questions. The delivery also went very well. The delivery driver contacted me an hour before the car delivery as promised and showed me round the car etc. on arrival.
It is just unfortunate I've not even had the car one week and it is now in the NISSAN local dealer as the engineer warning light came on over the weekend. The reason I got shot of my previous car was because of its unreliability and the fact is was in the garage more than it was on the road. I just hope this car is not going to be the same. I do however appreciate you and Elena's support and help this morning when the Nissan Dealer were unable to verify the car.
