The Sales Support Team were unfailingly polite and helpful whenever I contacted them and I have recommended Fleet Prices to friends and work colleagues.
The only gripe I had during the process was the length of time for delivery, but giving this was of my own choice (due to the number of options selected) this is not directed at your organisation but Mercedes themselves!
I will be definitely coming back to you in approx. 2 years when we need to replace my Wife's car!!

Apologies for the delay in replying I have just been a little busy at work. I'm really enjoying the car.
Delivery was perfect on the day, being first thing in the morning which gave me a day to explore the vehicle and get used to it.
I would like to thank all of your team and in particular Leo who dealt with the process of the order, and all my enquiries. Leo was professional and courteous throughout all my dealings, responding quickly to both emails and telephone calls. The only downside was the slight delay in obtaining the vehicle which was in fact down to the forms from Arval which in my opinion were not fully explained in the email from Arval, this is also due to me not using ecosign documents previously and my own error in the completion of the form.
Overall it has been a great experience and I have been happy to recommend your company to other colleagues due to the professional service I have received.
I would again like to thank your team and specifically Leo for such a smooth transaction and I will certainly come back for another vehicle once this lease is concluded.
I was generally very happy with the service. It did take a few weeks longer than I expected based on the information I was given at the beginning but I wasn't in a rush so not too much of a problem. I was impressed with the delivery service as the car was dropped off before 9am and was a very easy transaction.

We're over the moon with the car, really pleased with it. The spec is great – particular favourites are the rear parking camera and panoramic sunroof. Not sure we'll be able to have a car without these in future! It's such a joy to drive, ever so comfortable and easy to handle.
The collection went smoothly on Friday – Steve was great, he took the time to talk me through all of the options/buttons/gadgets on the vehicle which was really appreciated.

Your people were fine and very friendly and helpful so thank you for that. However, I am less than enamoured with the car company as I had to pay £3.00 because they had not paid Royal Mail the correct amount to return my license. It is not the money but the principle as they made me scan my credit card twice even though they had my signature on the hire agreement, my license and my cheque that I sent them. I understand they have to be quite careful but I did think this was a bit over the top. I have now got the car and I am very pleased with it so thank you once again.
My experience was very positive and Rachel was fully supportive and helpful.

Everything went very well on Friday and I am absolutely over the moon with the car.
In terms of feedback, the service from Fleetprices has been fantastic throughout – a very personal and friendly service, the process was very straight forward and I was kept informed of the progress throughout.
In terms of Volkswagen at Cheltenham they were great – they made me and my wife very welcome, Steve was very helpful showing me around the car and even went to the trouble of fitting some mats in the car.
With the problems I had with the personalised registration I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and everyone else concerned for the help and support with this matter, it was a trying time for me and I am sure this was very frustrating at your end. I recognise that you and the team at Volkswagen went over and above to resolve this problem for me.
Overall I cannot fault Fleetprices and Volkswagen and would certainly recommend to colleagues, family and friends.
