The service was excellent and I would recommend you to everyone.
The hassle free nature of what I thought was going to be complicated and the part exchange of my old car was nothing short of excellent customer service.
I hope to carry on and do business with the company for years to come and once my lease is due up in 2 years I really do believe I will be coming to you guys again.

Experience was generally good. Fleetprices seems to offer the best prices and this is my second experience with you. Delivery was fine. Leo was very proactive and responsive, as were Rachel, Rebecca and others in the team.
My only criticism would be that the paperwork I was sent had a couple of errors in it that meant I transferred money to the wrong people (the dealer rather than the contract hire people). I believe it has now been refunded but a bit of a bore sorting it out. The cover sheet with the contract paperwork also calls for a document that is not required - a dealer invoice. The cover sheet is a bit out of date - eg asks for the photocard and paper counterpart driving licence, which I think hasn't been a thing for a couple of years now. No biggie, but it meant I was hunting around for things that it turns out I didn't need and calling your team quite a few times.
Other than that, car is great and very happy with the deal.
Leo was great at helping us through the lengthy delay. An excellent job again!

I am happy to say that this is the second time in 6 months we have used Fleet Prices and again the customer services was first class, every time I called with a concern the girls on the end of the phone were fantastic. James at the beginning was very helpful and informative. When the lease's on both cars runs out, I will be looking to Fleet Prices for a great deal again.

You were always prompt in replying and always a pleasure to speak to and I will be more than happy to use the service you have provided again, in fact I was going to ask you what happens when the vehicle lease comes to an end.
I would like to stay on a lease hire but I would like to go back to a convertible, I am really missing it now the sun has come out a little :-) How do we plan so that there is no cross over period between leases? am assuming I have to keep this car until the 24 month period is over and I am assuming there will be a waiting peiod for a new car to be ordered and delivered.
Thanks, everything went well with the delivery of my car. This is the third one I've taken through you. I managed to get the VE103 form in advance via PHH and so was straight off to France 10 minutes after the car arrived.
As before I want to thank Anissa for sourcing the car so quickly for me, and for keeping me updated, even when she was on her holiday.
All in all I continue to be happy with the service and prices, the cost per month being approx £60 less than my local Seat dealer was quoting.
I'll be back again in 2 years for a replacement.
You have been so good in your role with me Anissa - very thorough and always following through on what you say you are going to do... I have felt safe having you as my liason person and sincerely have enjoyed our regular communications & banter throughout this rather drawn out process! You are clearly good at your job and take pride in it.

The service provided by both Paul and the Support Team was excellent. There were difficulties with the original order as the supplier could not provide a build date for the vehicle and Paul was able to secure an alternative at short notice and also found the best deal that he could. The support team kept me up to date at all times and were always extremely helpful when I contacted them. Any queries were always answered promptly by Paul and the Support team and I would have no hesitation recommending the company.
It has been a pleasure to deal with the Fleet Prices team because of their professionalism and attention to detail..

Overall I am very pleased with FleetPrices from start to finish. I was disappointed with the lead-time for delivery following receipt of order and realise the delays were out of FleetPrices control. Having discussed my concerns with Leo, I am extremely satisfied and grateful to both Leo and Myles (Holdcroft) for owning and addressing my conerns as a result of the delays. They worked together to keep me mobile whilst I await delivery and continued to keep me up to date with the latest progress to minimise disruption to me.
With a delivery date secured, all went as well as expected.
I am now enjoying my Volvo XC60.
