Everything went like clockwork, got phone calls re. collection and delivery, and both were on time. Everthing form the day I made the enquiry has been excellent. Will contact you again when I need my next car Lease.
Experience was generally good. Fleetprices seems to offer the best prices and this is my second experience with you. Delivery was fine. Leo was very proactive and responsive, as were Rachel, Rebecca and others in the team.
My only criticism would be that the paperwork I was sent had a couple of errors in it that meant I transferred money to the wrong people (the dealer rather than the contract hire people). I believe it has now been refunded but a bit of a bore sorting it out. The cover sheet with the contract paperwork also calls for a document that is not required - a dealer invoice. The cover sheet is a bit out of date - eg asks for the photocard and paper counterpart driving licence, which I think hasn't been a thing for a couple of years now. No biggie, but it meant I was hunting around for things that it turns out I didn't need and calling your team quite a few times.
Other than that, car is great and very happy with the deal.
The process and delivery of the Mercedes was spot on.
Rachel was very helpful throughout.

Thank you for getting in touch and apologies i have not replied sooner but i am out of the UK working.
We cannot thank your company enough and dealing with Fleet Prices was so easy and the level of customer service was excellent. I originally used the search engine - Contract Hire and Leasing and the prices quoted for the BMW 330D Xdrive were fantastic.
However after i had registered my interest i received a call from Leo advising that the prices online were wrong and this was due to an error by the finance company. At this stage i thought about looking elsewhere but Leo asked to leave our request with him and he would look into a bit further. He was true to his word and came back with a fantastic lease deal that was not much higher than the original price i had seen online.
I have already thanked Leo on the phone but if you can pass on further thanks as i did make him work hard on the options list and he gave us advice as we went along and we even changed colours and trim two or three times and the final price was something we could afford every month.
After dealing with Leo i was passed over to the support team (Rachel, Claire, Rochelle & Rebecca) and they looked after me every step of the way and nothing seemed to much trouble and i had weekly updates regarding the cars progress for delivery. The big thing for me was trying to get the car delivered before the April 1st VED changes and avoid the higher costs because the car was over £40000 in value.
I know that Leo and the Support team worked with David Codman at BMW Scunthorpe to get the car delivered in time.
I understand it is not common practise but we asked Fleet Prices and BMW Scunthorpe if we could pick up the new car in person. I am sure you will agree there is something special about picking up your new car and that new car feeling. So we must pass on thanks to everyone involved for letting that happen and the new car is fantastic and a step up from our previous family SUV😊. Leo even phoned me on the day of pick up to make sure everything went smoothly.
The finance company Arval are also very good and no problems in dealing with them so far at all.
So please thank everyone again and we will be looking for a 2nd car at some point this year and I will be contacting Leo and the team and see if they can secure us another excellent deal.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Leo. I do not enjoy having to deal with anything to do with cars and he made it very easy. Delivery went smooth.

We are really happy with the car, everything in the whole process has run very smoothly including the delivery. The whole thing has been stress free.
I'd like to say how good Anissa has been in the process keeping me up to date with all developments in a timely manner and always quick to respond to any queries I've had. Very good customer service.
If I know of anyone who wants to go down the leasing route I will quite happily recommend yourselves as a very good option
