I'm very happy with the car, it's the right choice for us at the moment and having had two Audis I'm glad I chose BMW this time around. I have to say that the whole process has been very smooth. Leo was patient at the beginning as we played the familiar additional options dance and in the end I think I got the spec vs price just right. Once the order had gone through and I was passed over to the support team things continued in a similar vane. The support team were knowledgeable regarding my order and responsive to all of my queries. It seems to me that decent customer service is a bit of an elusive trait these days, to find it in abundance with Fleet Prices was refreshing. There was a slight delay around the time of the finance documents but I think that was more to do with Arval not telling Fleet that they had received everything that they needed. The car was delivered clean and in perfect condition with 247 miles on the clock. It would have been nice to have put those miles on myself but that obviously would have required transport delivery. Maybe that could be an additonal option you could offer to customers if they required it?
Otherwise I really can not complain. See you in three years.
Just a quick email to confirm everything is fine with our Nissan Qashqai. My wife tells me that the delivery driver was very pleasant and everything went smoothly (as expected) on the day.

I have dealt with a number of car brokers and car leasing companies over the years and I have to say that I have found the service provided by your sales and support teams to be exceptional.. Ashley was consistently patient and helpful in dealing with my various enquiries and your sales support team members Claire, Sara and Rebecca have always been entirely courteous, swift and personable in our various e mail exchanges and telephone calls. I have certainly formed the impression that you are all 'customer-first' focused, which I have often not found to be the case when dealing with some of your competitors!
I will certainly have no hesitation of calling on your services again and wholeheartedly recommending you to other colleagues and friends.
One word sums up the service provided by Carl and you admin.staff - EXCELLENT.From my very first enquiry I received prompt answers to any queries I had and the information provided was clear and simple to follow.The only minor hassle I had was returning the finance forms in the correct PDF format.Not being a computer buff I had to get help with that but at least I'm now prepared for the next time!!
This as you probably know is the second lease vehicle I have taken delivery of from fleetprices, and needless to say I am extremely impressed by the way everything was handled. Anissa dealt with all the details from my first enquiry and gave me the reassurance that all would go smoothly which ultimately it did. She is a credit to the company and I would not hesitate to recommend fleetprices to any of my friends and colleagues should they be looking to lease in future. I am delighted with the new Mercedes and look forward to two more years of enjoyable motoring.
I'm very happy with the car. In fact it appears I have the latest 'Ultra' A6 model with S-Tronic rather than the CVT multitronic auto that was current at the time of ordering. Although the same retail OTR price as the superseded car, it seems like a bonus to get a slightly more efficient, powerful car with a better gearbox than I was expecting!
The car was driven from Swindon by a very nice gentleman who, despite arriving early for an afternoon delivery, was happy to wait for me. I had a BMW lease car delivered a couple of weeks previously which was trailered to me but I don't mind as long as it arrives clean with a little fuel.
Michael Tomlin dealt with my order and was always helpful and polite. I had a very prompt reply to my initial enquiry and subsequent emails were dealt with very promptly. This won my custom. I find the website quite nice to navigate. It did seem to take an inordinate time to approve the finance though. Far more than I have ever encountered with other lease cars and I have a very good income and credit rating. A BMW I leased with another company took a fraction of the time and the process started at the same time. Once approved the car was actually delivered a little earlier than estimated so, overall, I am a happy customer.
I did question the initial document fee which seemed excessively high compared to other lease brokers. Due to the time it took to approve finance, this was actually reduced at my request to the fee comparable to your competitors. I also had some slight concern as your company is not BVRLA registered. I would recommend you do register if you can to reassure future customers.
Overall, I am delighted with my A6 which was delivered on time and with the latest spec. I would recommend your company without hesitation. But perhaps look to change your Credit check company!

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)

I want to commend the excellent service you've provided throughout this process, especially Mike Tibbs. He was very patient and friendly. He answered every query I had, even when he was off on holiday. I really appreciated the dedication.
The support team were also very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my car, and with FleetPrices, I will definitely go through you guys again for my next car.
