Really happy with the car and the service from Ashley, he is a very approachable skilled person who helped me to get my first hire car.
The only problem I encounted was on the day of delivery. My mum was at my house to sign for and receive the car but she never had a call before he arrived, she was at the school picking my daughter up and luckily was only 20 minutes away by foot.
The driver apologised and explained he had been given a landline number, not a mobile number to call.
It was all ok in the end though and I love my car, thank you.
I'm extremely happy with everything and, yes, the delivery went very smoothly as planned.
This being my first lease car and the first ever brand new vehicle I've taken delivery of, I was more than a little out of my depth and not sure what to expect. Right from my first contact with Fleetprices, Ashley has been fantastic and took time to explain how leasing works and to go through my requirements for a new vehicle. The information I got from him was clear and concise and delivered in a very professional manner with no hard sell and no pressure to take on a contract. This was really appreciated and helped me greatly after I initially got cold feet over the deal, Ashley was great and gave me all the time I needed to think over things. Once I decided on what I wanted he moved swiftly to secure a suitable vehicle and within a couple of weeks I took delivery. Overall it's been a fantastic experience and one I'm sure I'll be keen to repeat in the future.
Since taking delivery I have secured a GAP insurance policy.
It arrived before 9am this morning, piloted by a very courteous and knowledgeable gentleman.
Looks and drives amazing, can't wait to plod through France in it.
Took longer than we wanted to arrive but we're so happy now it's here.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.

Just like to send a few words of my experience with Fleetprices. This being my first lease i was a bit apprehensive about going
for a lease but have to say everything went great from first initial contact all the way through to delivery.
The only slight gripe i had was the delivery date was longer than expected, but i believe this was down to the dealer.
For the price i'm paying the car is fantastic and more importantly the kids love it as well.
I would highly recommending Fleetprices to anyone who is looking for a lease deal.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
All good with the car so far. It's a great drive and perfect for us.
I first spoke to Leo back in October and went through some options with him. I decided on the Touareg and the process was surprisingly simple. The interactive finance application was straightforward, and the approval process and actual ordering of the vehicle was completed in one day!
Leo was happy to answer all of my questions and it was never difficult to get hold of him by either phone or email. I never had to wait long for a response.
The car was delivered on the day promised, which did not change from first estimate in October to confirmation in early December. I was happy with this as the lead time given was true and realistic, no empty promises.
I will use you guys again and recommend your services to others.
I received my car this week and I'm very happy with it. I am just writing to say how grateful I am for the excellent service you and the team provided me. The information that I got sent via e-mail from the support team was absolutely first class. Very clear and very informative. Every step of the process I was given information and kept fully up-to-date and that was much appreciated. Can you pass my thanks on them to me please. And thanks to you as well, you couldn't have been more helpful.
