We took delivery of the VW Tiguan at the time & date specified. We received a call about the delivery the day before (& on the day too, if memory serves) to let us know when he'd be at our address. Having had a company car for over 10 years, this was the first time I had to go out onto the market and lease a car for myself. The service from Fleet Prices has been second to none from start to finish. Part of the reason for taking up the contract with Fleet Prices was because they were competitively priced and unlike other lease companies they left you alone to make the final decision as opposed to some who have a habit of plaguing you with phone calls! Once the contract was signed I was fully informed of the delivery date, Anissa was always on hand by phone or email, even to the point of returning a call late in the evening - superb customer service!
